- 2 cups of fresh strawberries
- 1 fresh banana (peeled)
- 1 cup of milk of your choice (almond, soy,…)
- A teaspoon of BEE ULMO
- Blend all of the ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
- Add some ice cubes if using fresh rather than frozen fruit.
