Four simple ingredients and hardly takes up five minutes to prepare! 


  • 2 cups of fresh strawberries
  • 1 fresh banana (peeled)
  • 1 cup of milk of your choice (almond, soy,…)
  • A teaspoon of BEE ULMO


  • Blend all of the ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
  • Add some ice cubes if using fresh rather than frozen fruit.
