  • 2 cups oatmeal (steel cut or old fashioned)
  • 2 teaspoons almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • A handful of walnuts
  • A handful of pumpkin seeds
  • A handful of raisins
  • 1 banana (sliced)
  • Hot water or hot milk (of your choice: almond, soy,…)
  • 2 teaspoons BEE ULMO APF150+


  • Slice the banana.
  • Add all the ingredients and BEE ULMO APF150+ honey.
  • Pour hot milk on top.
