  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • A handful of walnuts
  • A handful of pumpkin seeds
  • A handful of raisins
  • 1 banana (sliced)
  • Hot water or hot milk (of your choice: almond, soy,…)
  • 2 teaspoons BEE ULMO APF150+
